What We Do

RRC LLC evaluates services, products, and communications. The research often includes emotionally sensitive issues. Len Rickman manages all or specific pieces of research. Each project uses established methods, customized for the client. When appropriate, Mr. Rickman blends techniques into a client-based hybrid. Clients receive valuable information and recommendations, and appreciate Len's dedication and “people skills.” His experience includes atypical research venues (e.g., conferences), child respondents, and more than 1,500 telephone interviews with executives and professionals throughout the U.S., and in 21 other countries.

Mr. Rickman writes, edits, and proofreads research reports; meeting notes with detailed and executive summaries; marketing communications; proposals and other sales pieces; resumes, CVs, and bios; and online content. He has produced more than 90 Federal meeting summaries. His articles about how and when to conduct research have been published by the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives and the American Marketing Association D.C. chapter.
